Scott: Good news....
So far. They are treating my shoulder with high dose Naproxin Sodium and PT for two weeks then back in to evaluate. So I can still run and work lower body. Hopefully I can return to strength training soon as I have a Highland Games coming up in a month and a half.
Bad news, BP was elevated once more. Need to be better at monitoring that.

Scott: Much the same.
I have been a slacker at my working out. I was on the Couch25K plan but was derailed by vacation and my own laziness. Time to get back on the bandwagon. Before vacation my weight had plateaued but I think that can be attributed to lack of change in eating habits. Exercise is great but if I still eat enough to feed my family the weight will not come off.
"Stop eating you fat bastard!" So fitting.
