Banana Split Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/2 cup 1% Milk
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 medium banana
2 tsp whey protein drink powder mix
4 tsp unsweetened orange juice
6 ice cubes

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.

Makes 1 16oz serving
