I'm sure this topic is one that could be debated back and forth but the article is a good read even with the occasional over dramatic flare.

Thought this might be of interest - one of the guys I work with who was not that big to begin with has lost 27lbs in 3 months by basically dropping grains, sugars, and dairy. Not that it's necessarily for you guys but it's at least interesting to read and consider.
